Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Socora.ai platform and services ("Services") operated by Socora.ai, Inc. ("Socora," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Socora.ai provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform that allows businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate business processes including customer communications, scheduling, invoicing follow-up, and related tasks. The Services include a visual workflow canvas builder, integrations with third-party business tools, and agent execution infrastructure.
To use the Services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@socora.ai of any unauthorized access.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws governing electronic communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any other relevant regulations. Socora provides tools; you are responsible for how those tools are used with your customers and contacts.
The Services integrate with third-party platforms (such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, and Stripe). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third parties' own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Socora.ai and its underlying technology, platform, and content are owned by Socora.ai, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. The workflow configurations and data you create belong to you. You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socora.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated workflow content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends and your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
